The aesthetic end cap gives the Integrity Rail® a clean, finished look. The caps offer a deep set so that even the most rough-cut rail looks great on install day and years later.
It's very straightforward. Start with the Industry's best performing butyl formulation. Then build a strong, easy to use base that can be used as an agnostic starting point for new builds, detach/reset projects, add-ons, low slope and countless other boutique situations that solar builders find themselves in.
The raised channel offers both added strength as well as the ability to add mounting components like L Feet even after the base is fully attached to the roof.
The debris and water diverter provide egress for water and organic materials that might collect on top of a flat surface and potentially degrade the roofing system.
There are many ways to use the SSB1®. We have pre-assembled a few variations so that installers have an easy time on the roof, right out of the box.

The simple, dual-plate design of the Sunstack Mount®, or SSM®, is an industry first. It combines the ease and cost effectiveness of other L Foot integrated mounts with the simple adjustability that is needed to keep roofs leak free.
The waterproofing of top-quality butyl rubber is integrated to a separate plate from the mount. This makes the mount adjustable at the time of install as well as adding a protective level of engineered tolerance.
